A Community Regeneration Partnership comprising English Partnerships, Local Authorities, SEEDA, the Prince’s Trust and community groups developed proposals for the Urban Extension of Aylesham, Kent. BBP was commissioned to provide appraisal and development management advice, formulate/ implement a development partnership structure, and provide estate management/project implementation support.
