Aylesham Village Expansion, Kent
Further to previous work developing a masterplan for Aylesham, BBP was commissioned by Dover District Council to manage the procurement of a lead development partner to implement the proposed residential expansion of the former coal mining village. This involved the co-ordination of the preparation of a development brief and monitoring technical, legal and other inputs to assess the feasibility of the scheme. A cashflow model was designed to test sensitivities of the project and supplied exit strategy advice. As part of the commission, BBP also worked closely with CBRE to develop the site’s marketing strategy.
