BBP was commissioned to prepare a Green Book Appraisal and provide development management advice for English Partnerships, on proposals for a major urban renaissance scheme within Slough Town Centre. BBP is acting as lead consultant in a team comprising masterplanners, cost consultants and traffic engineers. The work involved negotiations with development partners and the local authority, financial analysis, an options paper considering the case for EP investment.
