Rob BennettMRICS, founding Director An experienced property professional, Rob has initiated and managed the delivery of major urban redevelopment projects throughout the country. Initially Rob’s career began in the public sector. For the last 15 years however, he has been working in the private sector with a range of public and private sector clients. Positions held include senior managerial roles with English Estates and more recently with English Partnerships. Rob has also been responsible for the establishment of a number of public/private delivery mechanisms. Adopting such challenging roles has provided Rob with experience in dealing with senior representatives in both the political and commercial arenas, and has involved the ‘hands on’ development of strategic economic and redevelopment policies at both a regional and sub-regional level.
Rob is currently Chairman of the Thames Gateway Kent Partnership and was the founding Chairman of the Medway Swale Groundwork Trust.

Stephen Pritchard MRICS, founding Director Stephen started his career with major London surveying practices before joining a leading UK development company where he was responsible for central London office projects and town centre redevelopment schemes. As a Director of this company, Stephen had responsibility for a development programme with a completed portfolio value in excess of £200 million. In 1992, he was invited to provide consultancy services for English Partnerships' Chatham Maritime development in North Kent. Two years later, he co-founded BBP with Rob Bennett to offer development and regeneration consultancy services. His recent experience, working for a range of public and private sector clients includes area regeneration studies, project appraisals, research into urban regeneration issues and development management.

Colin RossMRICS, RIBA, FRSA, Director Colin joined BBP in September 2003, and is a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor and a Chartered Architect. He has a background in project and development management having previously worked on the delivery of innovative housing at Greenwich Millennium Village. Prior to this he worked in the public sector, where he had a key role in delivering educational PFI projects; also working on masterplanning and schemes to re-use vacant listed building stock. His recent experience includes complex project appraisals, development of area regeneration schemes, business planning and development management. Colin spent 6 months seconded to English Partnerships as a Senior Regeneration Manager.

Alison Hayward MRICS, Associate Director Alison has over 15 years experience with private and public sector clients. She began her career with one of the UK's largest private practices, where she specialised in valuation and public sector consultancy before joining BBP in 1998. In her time at BBP, Alison has been involved with mixed-use urban regeneration projects, feasibility assessments and area based regeneration strategies and economic appraisals. She has also played a key role in numerous Economic or 'Green Book' Appraisals and Options Papers, as well as several SPAG or 'Green Book Complaint' appraisals.

Shannon KelleyAssociate Director Shannon brings to BBP a range of public and private sector experience from the United States, the UK and Europe. She joined BBP in 2004 after completing an MA in Cities, Design and Regeneration at London Metropolitan University, where she also worked on a number of research projects for the Cities Institute. Prior to moving to London, Shannon worked in New York as worldwide director of marketing for a non-profit professional association. She has a BA (Hons) in Economics and an MBA specialising in international business, and speaks German and French.

Niti Sidpra MRICS, Senior Surveyor Niti joined BBP in July 1999, during which time she has been involved in a variety of projects, including the analysis of mixed use urban regeneration schemes, economic and options appraisals, structuring delivery mechanisms, development management and project management.

Chris Hageman
MRICS, Surveyor
Chris joined BBP Regeneration in 2004 having completed a BSc (Hons) in Planning and Property Development at Nottingham Trent University. Since joining BBP Chris has contributed to a wide variety of projects dealing with property development and physical regeneration issues along with wider economic development, planning, and social matters. His work has included property market research and site identification and assessment, planning and economic policy reviews, evaluations of regeneration initiatives and preparation detailed financial feasibility assessments to test the viability of developments for both private and public sector clients.
Martin Howard
MRICS, Senior Surveyor
Martin joined BBP in August 2004 having completed an MSc in Real Estate at the University of Reading. His long-standing interest in property development and regeneration was stimulated by the study of Geography at the University of Exeter between 2000-2003, which culminated in the completion of an impact assessment study of the Oracle in Reading as a dissertation. Since joining BBP Martin has been involved in a variety of projects, involving development appraisal, business planning and economic appraisal.
Jonathan Harris
MRICS, Surveyor
Jonathan joined BBP in 2005 with degrees in Modern History & Economics from the University of Manchester and Property Valuation & Law from Cass Business School. His studies covered a wide range of regeneration issues, culminating in a dissertation investigating the practicalities of funding Crossrail through land value capture. Since joining BBP Jonathan has been involved in projects across the UK, undertaking property market research, development appraisal, and policy analysis.
Dan Kehoe
Assistant Surveyor
Dan Kehoe is an Assistant Surveyor with an interest in urban regeneration, planning and sustainability issues, and property development. He joined BBP in 2007 following completion of his MSc in Real Estate at the University of Reading. Prior to this Dan gained an undergraduate degree in Modern History with Economics at the University of Manchester, where his dissertation focused on the success of the New Towns regeneration strategy. Since joining BBP, Dan has been involved in a variety of projects, undertaking property market assessments, reviewing economic and planning policy, and developing options appraisals.
Mark Withnall Assistant Surveyor Mark joined BBP in 2007 having completed a BA (Hons) in Land Economy at the University of Cambridge. He studied a wide range of topics including law and economics with a focus towards property, planning and regeneration. His studies culminated in a dissertation analysing the social and economic impact of major sporting events on cities. Since joining BBP Mark has been involved in various projects; undertaking policy analysis, property market research and option appraisal.
Penny Read
Financial Controller
Penny has worked at BBP since 1995, and is responsible for the company's finances and accounts systems. She also provides Financial and Business Management Services to clients, and has advised a number of public sector bodies including English Partnerships and SEEDA.
