Senior Development Surveyor /Regeneration Consultant - London and Manchester

You will be working on, and helping to secure, new client projects where you will manage and assist with complex development appraisals and valuations, market and site analysis, regeneration strategies, related socio-economic research and advice on implementation.

You will require a thorough understanding of the development cycle and have a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience with, ideally, exposure to both the private and public sectors. Most likely, RICS qualified, you must be able to demonstrate high levels of literacy, with excellent communication, report writing and IT skills. Opportunities for early progression will exist for successful performance.

Strategic Planning/economic development specialist - London

At Director Designate /Associate Director level you will be a senior member of the management team and contribute to the running of the consultancy. You will have significant commercial consultancy expertise in (one or more of) planning, economic development and/or housing and will be interested in leading the company's development within these areas. BBP already has a significant client base and portfolio of projects where you will be expected to add value, but you will also be involved in identifying and winning new business. You will display sound professional judgement earning the confidence of senior clients and project teams.
